Wednesdays 9am-9pm
You can now book 1–2–1 boxing PT sessions with Dean — tailored, technical, and focused on building strength, confidence, and skill.
Rise & Shine - Wellbeing Yoga
Saturdays 9am-10am
60 minutes of dynamic vinyasa flow to help you start your weekend the best way. This class is suitable for all abilities with options given to deepen your practise and meet you on your mat where you are today. No experience necessary
