Dean’s 1-to-1 boxing personal training sessions are hour-long, tailored workouts designed to build strength, confidence, and real boxing skill — no matter your starting point.

Training focuses on boxing fundamentals and technique, including footwork, combinations, pad work, cardio conditioning, and overall fitness. Sessions are structured to improve coordination, endurance, and power, while also being a great outlet for stress and mental focus.

About Dean

 

Dean has been training in combat sports from a young age and brings years of experience both in the ring and as a coach. Throughout his career, he has trained alongside respected professional coach Gary Lockett and former world champion Lee Selby, shaping a deep understanding of boxing at a high level.

 

A qualified personal trainer, Dean has competed across the UK and is a WCS belt holder, combining real fight experience with structured, effective coaching. His approach focuses on strong fundamentals, clean technique, footwork, and conditioning, while tailoring each session to the individual in front of him.

 

Dean’s coaching style is supportive, motivating, and adaptable — whether working with beginners taking their first steps into boxing or experienced fighters looking to refine their skills and fitness.
