Release and Restore Monthly Yin Yoga

About the Sessions

Release and Restore is a gentle, deeply relaxing session designed to help you slow down, release tension and give your body and mind the opportunity to reset.

The session includes a chilled yin yoga practice, where poses are held for 3–5 minutes to gently stretch and lengthen the connective tissues in the body while encouraging the mind to become still. Yin yoga is a slow, floor-based practice, meaning all poses are completed seated, kneeling or lying down, making it accessible and suitable for all experience levels.

Regular yin practice can help to improve flexibility and joint mobility, support recovery from exercise, reduce muscle tension and promote relaxation, while also helping to calm the nervous system and ease stress and anxiety.

Following the yin yoga practice, the session moves into a guided meditation and extended relaxation, giving you time to fully unwind and absorb the benefits of the practice. This quiet time allows the body to settle and the mind to rest, helping you leave feeling calmer, lighter and more balanced, and better prepared to take on the demands of everyday life.

These sessions are designed to provide a welcoming and supportive environment where you can take time for yourself, move at your own pace and enjoy a peaceful reset each month.
