The Calm Collective
Mondays · 7–8pm
A gentle weekly space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself from the daily stresses.
These sessions are designed to calm the nervous system, release built-up tension, and ease you into the week with softness and intention.
Deano's Boxing
Wednesdays 9am-9pm
You can now book 1–2–1 boxing PT sessions with Dean — tailored, technical, and focused on building strength, confidence, and skill.
Release and Restore - Monthly Wellbeing Yoga
15th March 6pm-7:30pm
A gentle monthly yin yoga session designed to help you slow down, release tension and reset both body and mind. Expect long, floor-based stretches, guided meditation and deep relaxation to improve flexibility, recovery and overall wellbeing.
Suitable for all levels. Mats provided.
