About the Sessions

Ems’ Reiki and Holistic Therapy sessions are designed to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and overall wellbeing, offering you space to slow down and reconnect with yourself.

Clients can choose between two 30-minute treatment options:

Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage
A focused massage aimed at releasing tension held in the upper body — an area commonly affected by stress, poor posture, and daily strain. This treatment helps to ease muscle tightness, improve circulation, reduce stress, and promote a sense of physical and mental relaxation.

Reiki Energy Healing
A gentle, non-invasive energy-based treatment that works to restore balance within the body. Reiki supports emotional wellbeing, stress relief, and deep relaxation, helping to calm the nervous system and encourage the body’s natural healing response. Sessions are deeply restful and suitable for anyone seeking emotional release, grounding, or energetic balance.

Both treatments are delivered in a calm, supportive environment, allowing you to fully relax and unwind. Sessions are suitable for anyone — whether you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or simply in need of some quiet time for yourself.

These treatments offer a gentle reminder to pause, breathe, and allow your body and mind the space they need to reset.

How to Book

To book a treatment with Ems, please follow the steps below:

  1. Book your Wellness Session
    First, book your wellness session through our usual booking system so you have your date and time confirmed.

  2. Fill out the Booking Form 
    Complete the booking form and include the following details:

    • The date and time of your wellness session

    • The treatment time you’d like with Ems
      (Please scroll down to the calendar below to view Ems’ available dates and time slots)

    • Which treatment you’d like to book:

      • Back & Shoulder Massage

      • Reiki

  3. Prices
    Treatment prices are listed below the calendar for reference.

  4. Payment & Confirmation
    Once your form has been submitted, Ems will be in touch directly to confirm availability and send over her banking details. A 50% deposit will be required to book. 
    Your booking will be secured once payment has been received.
