Resonance Reset Retreat
Reset your energy and realign with your true rhythm at the Resonance Reset Retreat.
As the new year approaches, this evening offers you a peaceful sanctuary to unwind, soften, and reconnect with yourself. Held exclusively within The Mindful Monkey Wellness space, it’s your moment to step away from the noise and tune back into your inner calm.
Begin by awakening the senses in our sauna, Jacuzzi, and ice bath — a powerful trio to melt stress, invigorate the body, and shift stagnant energy.
Then sink into Chloe’s gentle Yin Yoga, inviting spaciousness, release, and deeper breath.
Let the soothing resonance of Danielle’s crystal bowls and gongs wash over you, restoring balance and inner harmony.
We’ll close with comforting cacao and nourishing nibbles to ground you, reconnect, and seal the evening in softness.
Allow warmth, sound, and stillness to guide you into 2026 feeling centred, restored, and renewed. ✨
