We’re so excited to welcome Carly from The Calm Collective to Mindful Monkey Wellness, offering 1:1 therapy and personal sessions in a calm, confidential space designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

Carly works gently and intuitively, creating a safe and supportive environment where you can explore what’s going on beneath the surface — always at your own pace. Her approach focuses on working not just with thoughts and behaviours, but with the deeper patterns held within the nervous system and subconscious mind, where many long-standing struggles and emotional responses are stored.

Sessions may include a personalised blend of hypnotherapy, talking therapy, NLP and CBT-informed techniques, alongside guided mindfulness and relaxation practices. By working with the subconscious rather than against it, Carly helps support meaningful and lasting change — allowing new patterns to feel natural, embodied and sustainable.

Rather than simply managing symptoms on the surface, Carly’s sessions aim to gently release stored patterns, support emotional regulation, and help restore a sense of safety and balance within the nervous system. This deeper approach can be especially supportive for stress, anxiety, confidence, habits, emotional overwhelm and trauma-related responses.

About Carly · The Calm Collective

 

Carly is the founder of The Calm Collective and leads weekly guided relaxation and meditation sessions designed to help people slow down, regulate their nervous system, and create gentle space within the pace of everyday life.

 

Her work is rooted in both professional training and lived experience. Carly found her way to this practice through her own journey with anxiety and unhealthy lifestyle choices— a period in her life where her nervous system was often overwhelmed and rest felt unfamiliar. Learning how to slow the body, feel safe in stillness, and reconnect inwardly became a turning point, and now shapes the way she holds space for others.

 

Alongside her work in guided relaxation and meditation, Carly is currently training as a hypnotherapist, with full qualification due by the end of this year. Her sessions are gentle, grounded, and welcoming, with no expectation to “switch off” or have any prior experience. Everything is guided, supported, and designed to meet each person exactly where they are.
