The Calm Collective
About the Sessions
Starting Monday 16th February 7pm-8pm - The Calm Collective sessions are gentle, guided relaxation and meditation experiences designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and create space within the pace of everyday life.
Each session offers a supportive environment where rest is encouraged and nothing is expected of you. There is no need to “switch off” or have any prior experience — everything is fully guided and designed to meet you exactly where you are.
Sessions vary week to week, drawing on guided relaxation, breathwork, sensory grounding, and elements of Carly’s ongoing therapeutic training. Some sessions are more spiritually led, while others are science-backed and clinical, but the intention remains the same: to help you pause, unwind, and gently bring the nervous system back into balance.
These sessions are suitable for anyone seeking a calm, restorative space — whether you’re managing anxiety, feeling stretched, or simply wanting to build a regular practice of rest and self-care. You’re invited to come as you are and take the time you need. 🤍

About Carly · The Calm Collective
Carly is the founder of The Calm Collective and leads weekly guided relaxation and meditation sessions designed to help people slow down, regulate their nervous system, and create gentle space within the pace of everyday life.
Her work is rooted in both professional training and lived experience. Carly found her way to this practice through her own journey with anxiety and unhealthy lifestyle choices— a period in her life where her nervous system was often overwhelmed and rest felt unfamiliar. Learning how to slow the body, feel safe in stillness, and reconnect inwardly became a turning point, and now shapes the way she holds space for others.
Alongside her work in guided relaxation and meditation, Carly is currently training as a hypnotherapist, with full qualification due by the end of this year. Her sessions are gentle, grounded, and welcoming, with no expectation to “switch off” or have any prior experience. Everything is guided, supported, and designed to meet each person exactly where they are.
